Posted in The Bears got their roster to 53 on Saturday with the following players being released RB Josh Allen, WRs David Ball and Drisan James, DEs Copeland Bryan and Chris Frome, DTs Tory Collins and Antonio Garay, S Tyler Everett, CB Greg Fassitt and Tim Mixon, QB Chris Leak, T Mark LeVoir, TE Fontel Mines and Brett Pierce, Gs Anthony Oakley and Tyler Reed, S Andrew Shanle and LB Danny Verdun Wheeler. The Bears also waived injured tackle Steven Vieira.
