Vasher Placed on IR with Lingering Groin Injury
Posted by Matt Loede on December 27th, 2007 in News

The Bears are out of the playoff race, and today the team placed corner Nathan Vasher on injured reserve, ending his season after he played in just four games. Vasher had just nine tackles and a sack with a pick this season. He has suffered from a lingering groin injury for most of the season. The team signed wide out Brandon Rideau to the active roster to take Vasher’s spot. He has spent the last two seasons on the practice squad.
