The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting that the Bears may have to put newly signed RB Kevin Jones on PUP list to start the season. Jones, who signed a one-year deal with the Bears Tuesday, tore the ACL in his right knee back on December 23rd vs the Chiefs. He has been working hard to make it all the way back, and checked out with the Bears doctors enough for them to offer him a deal.

Jones was coming off an injury last season with the Lions and started the year on the PUP (physically unable to perform) list. If he starts the year on that list, he will not be able to take the field till at least week six, which is what he did last season with Detroit.
