		<description>The problem is not with the Bears willing to pay Hester big $s, as the Bears had offered the most $&#039;s of any Returner in league history.  The problem is Hester is demanding the highest dollars as a #1 wide receiver in the league, which he has yet to show he can do.  Thereby lies the impass.  While he needs to be payed more for what he does now, he needs to prove himself as a WR before getting close to those kind of dollars.</description>
