More talk about the Bears makin a run at Kurt Warner this offseason, and today’s Chicago Tribune has another tidbit about the team possibly having to give him a three-year deal to make the move to the Windy City:

Adam Schefter of NFL Network reports that former Lions coach Rod Marinelli has agreed to join Lovie Smith’s staff in Chicago.
Marinelli’s title will be assistant head coach/defensive line.
The Seahawks and the Texans also had been pursuing Marinelli, who was 10-38 in three years as the head coach in Detroit.
