Bears cornerback Charles Tillman, who was taken to the hospital during Monday night’s 36-30 win over the Vikings, apparently fractured his ribs, according to a league source. Tillman’s status will be updated Tuesday afternoon when Bears Head coach Lovie Smith addresses the media, but the injury could end Tillman’s season. He absorbed a helmet blow to his right side from teammate Craig Steltz. The veteran was carried off the field on a stretcher.
