Source: Bears WR Bennett out Sunday vs. Buccaneers; Hester expected to play

Despite fully practicing again on Thursday, Bears wide receiver Earl Bennett will not play against the Buccaneers on Sunday in London, according to a league source.

As for fellow wideout Devin Hester, he is expected to play against Tampa after suffering a minor chest injury during the Week six thrashing of the Vikings.

The Windy City Flyer was a full participant for Thursday’s practice session.

Wright limited: Starting strong safety Major Wright (hip) was limited Thursday, allowing Chris Harris to see first-team reps alongside free safety Chris Conte.

Carimi, Toeaina out: Rookie offensive tackle Gabe Carimi and defensive tackle Matt Toeaina will miss Sunday’s game with knee injuries.  Bears coach Lovie Smith said Carimi should be ready after the Bye for Week nine in Philadelphia.
