The Chicago Bears play host to the the New York Giants Thursday night in a game where they aim to get back on track after tough back-to-back losses. Marc Trestman has brought a new confidence to the Bears who have been playing very disciplined football. Known as an offensive guru Trestman has been the catalyst that has led to the Bears scoring the third most points in the league, averaging 29 points per game.
The same can not be said for the Giants who had lofty expectations and have not even come close to living up to them going win-less through the first five weeks. Eli Manning has had no help with a revolving door for an offensive line and a defense that has given up the most points in the league to date. In their game tonight expect for the Bears to exploit a weak defense as they play in front of a sold out crowd. The Chicago Bears tickets lead the NFL in average cost for the second week in a row at $416 per ticket, $83 more than the next highest teams average.

My father was a season ticket holder at Wrigley Field and than at Soldiers field.Until he couldn’t afford it anymore. Now I live in northern Wisconsin and purchased ComCast Chicago.Bears Report and anything else pertaining to the Bears is blacked out.I can’t pay $300 for Sunday Ticket. All I know about the bears is an occasional national broadcast and what I see on this computer.I remember saying Hi to George Halas at a stop light on Addison with my dad.He said Hi back from his Olds 98.I even went to his mosaleum at St. Adalberts on Milwaukee ave.Now if you do not have the money good bye. SAD!
