Jeff Fisher – Editor

Jeff enjoyed a non-descript two-year career as a 3rd-string running back/back-up cornerback/kickoff contain man (1st team) in middle school football. He says the experience played a large role in directing him to the more familiar (and comfortable) position of Couch Potato – a title he’s held for 21 years now. Jeff is proud to admit he jumped on Da Bears bandwagon as a 10-year-old boy growing up in Nebraska in 1985. A college and pro football junkie, he’s attended NCAA and NFL games in 11 different states and 14 different stadiums. He got goosebumps experiencing the Tunnel Walk (Nebraska), Jump Around (Wisconsin), Ralphie (Colorado), Bevo (Texas) and the White-out (Penn St.) in person. He married a fellow Bears fan and his 3-year-old son recently led his daycare class in a rousing rendition of “Bear Down, Chicago Bears.” Jeff has worked in marketing for 13 years where’s he’s spent, on average, an hour a day analyzing, reading and/or obsessing about his beloved Bears.

When not studying up on the gridiron, Russ serves his country in the Army Reserves.
