Forte, idonije, graham. Let the rest walk. Definetly Need wr, te, cb via draft or free agency. Lb, DE, LT also needs. A legit back up for forte would be awesome too. Dwayne bowe and draft wr 1st rnd. That changes offense dramatically. That with A nice big TE who can catch and bears offense would be scary. Defense was ok last year, a stud CB and DE maybe a LB would put them back near the top.

They will hire Emery especially because he used to be a scout with the team. They will give him the ability to fire Lovie after next season and start over. I also believe John Gruden is waiting for this job. However, Lovie and the Bears will put a great season together and then the team will keep all the old players together and slowly, painfully mount numerous losing seasons as everything erodes.

So which GM candidate is the front runner? Who are we as fans rooting for? What will our draft look like under new management? Free agency?

Are we considering Carimi at LT next year? Wouldn't that fix some issues?

Lots of free agents out there. Who u think will help bears? Brent grimes, courtland finnegan? Dwayne bowe, brandon lloyd, v. Jackson, reggie Wayne? Carl nicks, ? Cedric benson, Hightower, Peyton hillis? Cliff avrill, haloti ngata, Robert Mathis? Barrett ruud, Stephen Tulloch? Vince young, Donovan, Jason Campbell?

I am super excited for this offseason. Lots of free agents to fill holes. I like Barrett ruud, Brent grimes and Dwayne Bowe. All immediate upgrades! Draft safety and/or Wr high. Donovan is done but I would love to have him finish off career as backup in his hometown. Healthy o-line not bad and mad martz is gone so plus won't take minutes to develop. D-line could use a push still but a high draft pick? I think safety and wr bigger needs.

This guy is not at all the answer he hasnt drafted anyone worth noting. And the only reason there is talk about this guy getting the job is because no one else wants the job. The maccaskeys are putting to many restrictions on the position scaring people away.
