Bears offensive coordinator Mike Martz is predicting Roy Williams will have 70 to 80 catches.
Williams did have the best year of his career under Martz. “He’s an elite player,” said Martz. We’re not sure what Martz is going to do with four legit No. 1 receivers, which is what he claims to have in Chicago. Williams’s catches will likely come at the expense of Johnny Knox, Earl Bennett, and in particular Devin Hester. We see Hester reverting back to his original role as primarily a kick returner.
